Cinnergen Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within two business days after the order is received by the processor. Business days are Monday through Friday except for national or state holidays. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national or state holiday will be shipped within two business days.
At this time, Cinnergen, Inc. ships to the continental United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO.
Cinnergen, Inc. uses UPS Ground as our preferred method of shipping. Other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Be sure that your ship to address is accurate! All carriers will charge a re-routing fee if a package is re-routed due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Cinnergen, Inc. reserves the right to pass this re-routing fee on to you when this situation occurs. You will be notified in such a case.
Some shipping carriers occasionally deliver orders sent via standard shipping on Saturdays, but this service cannot be guaranteed.
Cinnergen, Inc. is bound by the rules and regulations of the carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time. Cinnergen, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by weather or other natural disasters. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with Cinnergen, Inc. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. Cinnergen, Inc. will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed.
Cinnergen, Inc. has no control over a carrier’s decision whether your location is considered “safe” to leave a package. If it is considered "not safe" the carrier will leave a notice notifying you that an attempt was made for delivery. You must follow the carrier’s directions on the notice for delivery of your package.
Please be sure to inspect the shipment upon arrival. Report any losses or damages to the carrier at once. Be sure to save all components and packaging until the claim is settled.
We do not refund shipping charges for returned orders.
